Arthur Amys called the meeting to order. All board members were present. Arthur Amys made a motion to approve the November 9th, 2017 minutes, Dennis Hill seconded. Motion carried.
Comprehensive Plan Committee – No Report

Lundeen Railroad crossing discussion took place with three options tear the road out completely, Make a cul-de-sac as originally planned, or make the road long enough for access to Mr. Mickindrows property. Mr. Pleau and Mr. Mickindrow will meet with Mark Liebaert at the sight to come up with an agreeable solution. Arthur Amys made a motion to allow Mark Liebaert to negotiate with the 2 land owners, Dennis Hill seconded. Motion carried.

Discussion on the gravel pit on County Rd. P we will move forward in the permitting process. Gary Kane will go to zoning to get started on it.
Old 11 Bride will have annual inspections no due to its rating being subpar.

Arthur Amys made a motion to accept the Joint Powers Agreement with Douglas County to continue providing mutual aid with neighboring communities. Dennis Hill seconded. Motion carried.
Douglas County Mark Liebaert attended a leadership conference all our representatives where represented. Farm Land Preservation Plan will be voted on at the December meeting. Superior Days planning is on track. County council is introducing a resolution to oppose UWS from canceling 20 some programs. Three council members have resigned.
